If you no longer need your Change Frame (for example following a reversal or change in circumstances), contact En Route Living.
We'll arrange for your Change Frame to be returned free of charge
Returned products are inspected and assessed.
Suitable products are cleaned, refurbished where necessary, and prepared for reuse.
Refurbished Change Frames are donated through approved partners, support groups, healthcare professionals, or charitable initiatives to ostomates who may otherwise be unable to access one.
Why we're doing it
Every year, perfectly usable products end up sitting in cupboards or being thrown away when they could continue helping someone else.
The En Route Living Second Journey Programme gives Change Frames a second life while reducing unnecessary waste and helping expand access to ostomates around the world.
