We’re currently accepting pre-orders for the Change Frame.
Our first shipments are estimated to go out in March 2026.
This timeline may shift slightly depending on manufacturing and logistics, but we’ll keep all customers updated every step of the way via email and social media.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations and Timelines
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, European Union, and the North America.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
We want your experience to be as smooth as possible.
For international orders (outside the UK), En Route Living covers all standard customs duties and import taxes related to your purchase.
You won’t need to pay any additional charges when your Change Frame arrives — the price you see at checkout is the total you’ll pay.
Please note that any local handling or delivery fees applied by your national postal service (if applicable) are outside our control.

En Route Living cannot take responsibility for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
